Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. This applies only to online purchases.

Return Costs
✅ Free return shipping applies in the following cases:

Defective, incorrect, or damaged product;

Returns made after the stated period or without prior contact will not be accepted.
Important Return Guidelines
Please ship the package via PostNL or another recognized delivery service.
Send the following information by email to info@noordman.shop:

A photo of the product inside the box;

An image of the shipping label on the box;

The shipping receipt with a clear track & trace code.
Products returned without prior communication or outside the stated guidelines will be sent back to the sender without further notice.
Refund Timeframes
After receiving and approving the returned product, we will process your refund within the following timeframes:

Credit card: up to 45 business days, depending on the card issuer;

iDEAL, Bancontact, or other payment methods: within 14 business days.
