At Noordman Netherlands, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we maintain a fair and transparent return policy in accordance with European consumer rights.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. This applies only to online purchases.

After approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the product free of charge.

Conditions for Return and Refund

  • The product must be in new condition: no signs of use, damage, or defects.

  • If possible, return the item in its original packaging, including labels, manuals, and accessories.

  • Please include clear photos of the product with your request so we can verify its condition.

Return Options

Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • A replacement product of the same type;

  • A full refund of the purchase price;

  • An alternative product of comparable value;

  • A discount code for future purchases.

Return Costs

✅ Free return shipping applies in the following cases:

  • Defective, incorrect, or damaged product;

  • Return within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Returns made after the stated period or without prior contact will not be accepted.

Important Return Guidelines

Please ship the package via PostNL or another recognized delivery service.

Send the following information by email to info@noordman.shop:

  • A photo of the product inside the box;

  • An image of the shipping label on the box;

  • The shipping receipt with a clear track & trace code.

Products returned without prior communication or outside the stated guidelines will be sent back to the sender without further notice.

Refund Timeframes

After receiving and approving the returned product, we will process your refund within the following timeframes:

  • Credit card: up to 45 business days, depending on the card issuer;

  • iDEAL, Bancontact, or other payment methods: within 14 business days.
