Shipping and Delivery Policy – Noordman UK

At Noordman, we offer free standard shipping for all orders to the Netherlands and Belgium. We only deliver to these two countries.


Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Delivery within 8 to 12 business days after processing.

  • Express Shipping (€4.99): Faster delivery available for a fixed fee of €4.99.


Processing Time

After payment confirmation, your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. This includes order confirmation, processing, packaging, and preparation for shipment.


Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 8 to 12 business days after dispatch. In rare cases, such as delays with postal services in the Netherlands or Belgium, delivery may take up to 30 business days.


Shipping Method

Orders are delivered via local postal services or couriers, depending on availability and region. A track & trace code will be provided by email once the shipment has been dispatched.


Liability and Delays

We guarantee the delivery of your order. If an order is lost or damaged before receipt, we will provide a replacement shipment free of charge or refund the full purchase amount.


Important Notes

  • Please carefully check your address during checkout. Noordman is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error or the recipient being absent, and it is returned, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Express shipping may be subject to availability and is not automatically applied – select this option during checkout.
